Question: Can I Return my registered Barcode?

Answer: Due to the nature of the product (i.e. web-based digital images), we regret that we are unable to offer any refund after registration. Once the customer has received their Barcodes, we are forced to mark those Barcodes from our database as “USED” in order to assure that there will be no duplication. We would not be able to guarantee that the Barcodes being returned have not been used or will never be used since the client already has the Barcodes sent through email. Using or having such barcodes in the market will cause very difficult situation for the genuine registrations which may be using barcodes pre-printed on several thousands of their products. That is why NO Returns after registration.
